Ingredients: 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed; 1 Onion finely chopped; 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste; 1/2 chopped green chilli; 1 tsp crushed ground nut; 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves; 1 tsp chopped pudina leaves; 1/2 tsp chat masala; 1/3 tsp crushed bhuna zeera powder; 1/3 tsp crushed Ajwain; 1/3 tsp haldi powder; 2 tbsp maida; 1 tbsp cornflour; to taste Salt; Oil to deep fry

1 tbspcornflour
to tasteSalt
Oil to deep fry

Steps

Mix all the ingredients except oil.

Make patty as you like.

Deep fry both the sides in medium flame.

Keep in tissue paper to drain extra oil.

Serve hot with dip / chutney/ sauces.
