Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 200 gm(Matar) Green peas
  3. 2medium size Onions
  4. 2medium size Tomatoes
  5. 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  6. 4 Cashew nuts
  7. 1 Tsp Coriander seeds powder
  8. 1 TspCumin
  9. 2 TspGaram Masala
  10. 4-5Curry leaves
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. 1 TspTspn Sugar
  13. 1 Tsp Chilli powder
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Dried Fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi)
  16. 4 Tsp Oil
  17. 2 CupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take 1 Tspn oil. Add chopped onion saute well. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, saute well. Let it cool down. Add cashew nuts and make a paste by using mixer.

    In a pan add 3 Tspn oil and add curry leaves, cumin, coriander seeds powder. Add tomato-onion paste, saute well. Now add chilli powder, garam masala, sugar, salt. Mix well. Now add water in that. Add green peas and paneer cubes. Now add kasuri Merhi. Mix it, cover it and cook for 10 minutes. Now add and coriander leaves. Serve with Rotis 🙂😋👌
