  • 100 gomena
  • Onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Hoho
  • Salt
  • Red chillies

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Sort the omena then wash with warm water

  2. 2

    In a non stick pan, add oil and fry omena till dry and crunchy

  3. 3

    Add onions then tomatoes as much as you prefer

  4. 4

    Add hoho and salt cook for a few minutes then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Do not over cook the hoho
