1 kgmaida
250 gmheated and cooled oil
2 tspajwain
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and make a tight dough

Roll into a big chapati and cut into strips
3

Heat oil and fry the strips till golden brown. Dry on absorbent paper.

Enjoy with tea.

You can even add kasuri methi for different taste. And can give any desired shape.
