Paste of green peas and soaked moong daal(crushed)mix nycly

Now take pan heat the oil crackle the cumin seeds now add all masala,after golden fry add daal and peas and mix it nicely till it turns dry

Now stuffing is ready

Take flour,oil,salt and ajwain and make a puri dough

Take small ball and fill it with stuffing and flatten little bit,same for other balls

Now deep fry the daal puri till it becomes golden
