Ingredients

  • 2 cupsFlour
  • 1 cupmargarine or Butter
  • 1/2 cupicing Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the sugar and margarine till light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the flour and red colour and mix in with mwiko

  3. 3

    Roll the dough into a log like structure cover with cling film and put it in the freezer and let it stay there until it hardens

  4. 4

    Remove from the freezer and cut into slices as you peel off the cling film

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven for 14 minutes at 180 degrees.wait to cool then serve your Christmas cookies.enjoy
