Being Christmas season and kids are at home this makes for a good snack....so yummy my son couldn't spare the pot.... licked it clean.

Being Christmas season and kids are at home this makes for a good snack....so yummy my son couldn't spare the pot.... licked it clean.

Wash and dry passion fruits

Cut passion fruits into halves and scoop out the pulp and juice

Assemble and measure your ingredients

On medium heat place a pot and pour your passion pulp into it.

Add sugar and water. Stir to dissolve sugar and bring to a boil. Add butter and the passion flavour stir and simmer for 7-10min.

Strain the mixture. And allow to cool. Then pour into a dripping bottle. In a glass Layer your trifle put passion cake at the bottom, drizzle with the passion topping, then whipped cream, passion drizzle, biscuits, cream, drizzle,mango and plums, passion cake, whipped cream and finally drizzle with the passion topping and seeds. Yummy. Serve
