Blend tomatoes, onion, and pepper then set aside, heat oil in a pot add blended tomato mixture until it's fried.

Then add your egusi and fry for 5min.Add required water, cooked meat, seasoning and spices and adjust the taste.

Add your bitter leaf and allow it to cook for some minutes. Lastly add your spinach and allow to simmer for 5min then remove from heat.
