Azuki Red Bean Paste Frozen Yoghurt

This is one of my favourite sweets in the world! I simply love the combinations of azuki red bean paste, yoghurt and cinnamon♡
You can use store bought azuki red bean paste or you can make your own (check my recipe!). I made with this ratio of ingredients this time, but you can enjoy experimenting with the ingredients yourself depending on your taste. It's very forgiving :)

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup (120 ml)whipping cream
  2. 2 Tbspstevia (could substitute 4 Tbsp powdered sugar)
  3. 1 cup (240 ml)plain greek yoghurt
  4. 2/3 cup (160 ml)azuki red bean paste
  5. pinchcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Place whipping cream and stevia in a mixing bowl and whip until it forms a peak.

    Add yoghurt to the bowl and combine well.

  3. 3

    Add azuki red bean paste and cinnamon, combine well.

  4. 4

    Put the mixture into your feezer and feeze about 2 hours. Mix occasionally while you are freezing it.

    Soften if needed (I use defrost button of my microwave) and enjoy♪
