  • 1 pkg (8.5 oz)Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 c.butter (1 stick), melted
  • 3eggs
  • 1 can (14.75 oz)cream style corn
  • 1 can (15 oz)sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 c.sour cream

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Melt butter

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients, place in 8x8 greased pan (or any 2 quart casserole dish)

    Bake 35-45 minutes, or until set.
