Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1.5 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3-4garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cupboiled chopped spinach
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and saute chopped onion and garlic.

    Add boiled chopped spinach, salt and pepper. Mix it nicely and cook for a minute.

    In a bowl take wheat flour. Add butter, salt, pepper and mix well.

    Add milk and mix thoroughly.

    Add spinach mix.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour in a greased tray. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180.

    Quiche is ready to serve. Enjoy with tea /coffee or choice of dips.
