Ingredients

20 Sandwiches
  1. 1/2 kgBoneless Chicken
  2. 3Grated Carrot's
  3. 2Grated capsicums (sieve the water)
  4. 200 gMayonnaise
  5. 2 tbspBlack pepper
  6. 2 tbspChilli sauce
  7. 4 tbspTomato sauce
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 1/2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  10. 1tspn Chilli paste

Steps

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and salt to taste.

  2. 2

    After cooling, Shred the chicken add mayonnaise, shredded carrots and capsicums, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well

  3. 3

    Once done, spread on a slice of bread, and serve.
