1/2 kgBoneless Chicken
3Grated Carrot's
2Grated capsicums (sieve the water)
200 gMayonnaise
2 tbspBlack pepper
2 tbspChilli sauce
4 tbspTomato sauce
to tasteSalt
1 1/2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
1tspn Chilli paste

45 Minutes

Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and salt to taste.

After cooling, Shred the chicken add mayonnaise, shredded carrots and capsicums, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well

Once done, spread on a slice of bread, and serve.
