Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled urad dal
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspfennel seeds paste
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1red chilli
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf to taste salt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and let it crackle

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and fennel seeds paste saute well

  3. 3

    Add tomato,green chilli paste and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Pour the dal and boil adding sugar,serve with rice.
