Ingredients

  • 4potato peeled and cut in small piece
  • 2capsicum cut in small pieces
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 5-6garlic peeled and cut
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 table spoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a pan add oil, heat it and add onion fry it add tomatoes fry it now add turmeric powder add salt and red chilli powder mix it

  2. 2

    Now add potato and capsicum and cover it cook it for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Serve it with chappati
