Eggless Homemade Brownie

First preheat the oven at 180 degree C.

Take big bowl or heavy bottom pan,take all purpose flour with 1/2 cup of water then heat it over the stove to make a thick paste then transfer it to the mixing bowl & let it cool down.

Meanwhile take another pan for butter and melt it in low flame afterwards switch off the flame.

Add Cocoa powder and using a whisk make it smooth.

Now add coffee, sugar to the cooled flour paste and mix well then check consistensy is watery later add cocoa powder and butter and mix until smooth texture.

Now add baking powder,baking soda then add in flour and salt and mix well the batter will be thick.

Immediately transfer to a greased pan to bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degree C.

After 30 minutes let it cool then cut the pieces with the help of the knife.

I use black dark chocolate for icing it's optional.
