Steps

Pour some water into a pressure pot and add the cow leg, onions, salt and garlic. Cook for 2hrs. Strain. And set aside.

Pour some oil in a pot and add garlic and onions. Saute and add the chili paste. Pour some water(don't use the one you cooked the meat with) and add salt, maggi, pepper and spices. Then add the cow leg. Leave it to cook for 50mins or until it is really soft. Serve and eat with bread, gurasa etc.
