  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs in a bowl and add milk, half tspn sugar, pinch of salt, pepper and beat.

  2. 2

    Coat the bread in the egg mixture and place into a hot pan coated with butter. Fry for 2mins on both sides and serve with tea
