Ingredients

6medium sized potatoes
to tasteSalt
Breadcrumbs (for quantity reffer my breadcrumbs recipe)
1 tbspaprika
1 tbsCinnamon
1 tspblack pepper
2medium sized carrots
1medium onion

Steps

1

Peel the potatoes and boil till tender
2

Smash the potatoes, add salt
3

Grate the carrots and cut onion into small pieces
4

Mix carrots,cinnamon, blackpepper,paprika and onions and mix well
5

Roll into balls
6

Coat with breadcrumbs
7

Deep fry till golden brown
8

Serve with your favourite drink
