Ingredients

2.2 lbsground beef
2.2 lbsground pork
1 tbspground black pepper
1 tbspgarlic salt
Salt to taste
1egg
1 cupchopped carrots (about 200 grams)
1/2 cupchopped bell pepper (about 100 grams)
2 stalkscelery
14 ozbacon (about 400 grams)

Steps

In a bowl, mix the ingredients (except for the bacon).

In a buttered baking dish, lay a layer of bacon, then evenly spread the mixed meat over it. Finish with another layer of bacon.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 1 hour.
