Ingredients

  • 500 gramsChicken
  • 1 cupChopped onions
  • 4 tablespoonsGinger+garlic paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • As per tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupCashews(half boil)
  • 2 tablespoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1 tablespoonSahi garam masala
  • 3 tablespoonsKewra water
  • 2 tablespoonsBiryani masala
  • 2 tablespoonsTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat fry pan then added ghee

  2. 2

    Added biriani masala

  3. 3

    Added chopped onion fry until brown colour.

  4. 4

    Then separate onion from ghee.

  5. 5

    Added ginger, garlic paste & fry 1min.

  6. 6

    Added chicken, turmeric,red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder cook well for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Then cover the pan and cook in low flame

  8. 8

    Now ready a paste of kajus with brown fried chopped onions.

  9. 9

    Then add this paste with chicken

  10. 10

    Cook for more 20 mins.

  11. 11

    Then added sahi garam masala & kewra water

  12. 12

    Ready famous mughlai dish sahi chicken korma it's super delicious.
