Ingredients

  • 4Egg Yolks
  • 1/3 cupSpruce tip infused Whole Woods Baird Farm Maple Syrup
  • 1 pintwhole milk
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 1/2 ouncesStoneCutters Spirit Heritage Cask Whisky
  • 1 ounceMad River Distillers First Run Rum
  • 1 teaspoonfreshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 dashcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat together the egg yolks and spruce tip maple syrup. Add the cream, milk, alcohol nutmeg and thoroughly stir together.

  2. 2

    Chill and serve with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
