4small carrots, cut
2small chayotes, cut into cube
5shallots, slice
2 clovesgarlics, slice
1tomato, divide into 4
1green onion, cut into 2 cm
Water

Add the water into a pan. Add in the garlics, shallots and green onions.

Simmer until fragrant. Then add in the carrots and chayotes, simmer about 5 minutes.

Then add in the spinach and tomato. Add in the seasonings.

Taste test. Turn off the heat. Serve.
