I am using 1 cup saffola masala oats take 2 cups of water and add masala oats cook well

Beat 2 eggs with adding salt as per taste and 1/2 tbsp of black pepper now grease appe pan with oil and add cooked oats with the help of spoon

Fill all from top pour beaten egg pick the oats ball slightly to egg goes inside also and cover the lid keeping on low flame

Flip and turn to cook other side also and serve this yummy egg and oats appe with adding mayonnaise on top
