1 cupwhite eggs
2 cupsCastor sugar
2 cupsSalted butter
1 1/2 cupscrisco non vegetables
2 1/2icing sugar
2 tspVanilla extract

Steps

For icing:
Bring a boil water in a pot. Pour white egg, castor sugar, vanilla in a mixing bowl. Place mixing bowl on the pot and keep whisking until the heat close to 140 - 160 C so safe to eat.

Continue beat the white egg liquid until cool down.

When egg whites getting cold add butter and crisco lil but at once. finally beat at high speed for 2 mnt.

Ready to iced..
