Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3cooking spoons J Rice(frozen)
  • 2fingers plantains
  • 3cooking spoons pre fried chips
  • 3eggs
  • G.oil for frying
  • Mixed vegetables(cabbage, carrot, cucumber and onions)
  • 3 tablespoonsMayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonsmilk

  1. 1

    Toss jollof rice in Microwave and 'Quick defrost' it.

  2. 2

    Mix Mayonnaise with Liquid milk and sugar. Pour over cut vegetables and mix. Set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up oil and fry chips

  4. 4

    Peel and dice Plantain. Fry till golden.

  5. 5

    Crack, beat, add salt to eggs and fry to make omelet.

  6. 6

    Plate all nicely and enjoy.
