Ingredients

  • For samosa covering:
  • 1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
  • pinchajwain / carom
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • Potato filling samosa:
  • 5boiled aaloo
  • as neededBoiled peas
  • 1 tspgreen garlic
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tspjeera / cumin powder
  • as neededOil for fry
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 2 tbspCoriander chopped

Steps

20 minit
  1. 1

    MiX together ajwain,salt,flour and oil..rub the palms to incorporate oil well

  2. 2

    Add water little by little mix the flour to dough lightly..cover and set aside until the filling is ready

  3. 3

    Heat pan with oil add cumin,chilli.saute until it begins to good

  4. 4

    Add potato,chilli powder,garam masala,salt.

  5. 5

    Mix welladd boil peas and saute for 5 minit

  6. 6

    Add coriander and mix well

  7. 7

    Make chapati and cut 2 part add filling for aloo

  8. 8

    And cower for samosa shape

  9. 9

    Deep fry in oil for sim flame

  10. 10

    When it golden drain them on to a kitchen tissue..

  11. 11

    Enjoy with tomato sauce or chutney
