Prepare rice mix as directed.

Meantime, saute onion & celery in small amount of oil until celery is tender & onion is translucent & slightly brown.

When rice mix is done, mix onion, celery & tuna including any oil in pan.

You can add chopped sweet peppers, peas & any other seasoning you want.
