  • 1 cupbroccoli
  • 1/4 cupcarrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped spring onion
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 4garlic clove(chopped)
  • 1redchilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 cupveg stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients for broccoli soup.

    Heat a pan add butter.

    Add chopped onion,garlic& redchilli stir 2 mints.

    Add all veggies &stir 1-2mints.

    Add 1 cup water&2cup veggies stock,salt,cook till the veggies becomes tender.

    Blend the veggies.
