Steps

First we sift,the flour,salt with oil and make tight dough with enough water

Steam green peas and mash them coursely in large bowl

Add cuminseeeds,coriander powder chilli garlic paste just fry for while then add dry spices saute and stuffing is ready

Make equal sized balls from dough roll into 3_4 inch round on dusted board

Add some of stuffing in centre bring together all the edgs and pinch them press the edgs down below make all kachories like this

Now heat oil in kadai and deep fry all kachories till it turns colour brownon both sides

Ready to serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
