In a bowl mix flour,baking powder,and sugar.whisk egg and mix with milk whisk all together.put in melted butter and mix all together.

Place a non sticker pan on the heat drop few drops of veg oil and pour in 1 spoon of the pancake mixture.let it fry for few mins turn other side to fry as well.

Heat up veg oil and onion,pour in the old stew and boiled meat fry both for a while.
