Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer cubed
  • 1 big bowl palang puree
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  • 1 tspkasuri methi crush
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seed and green chilies

  2. 2

    Add cumin-coriander and tomato paste and saute well adding salt

  3. 3

    Add the purees and mix well

  4. 4

    Add paneer and sugar and mix

  5. 5

    Finally add kasuri methi crush and garnish with butter

  6. 6

    Serve it with naan
