Boil all the ingredients except the chicharrón. Once everything is cooked, blend with some of the cooking water.

Strain the sauce and cook it for about 5 minutes.

Add the chicharrón, cut into small pieces, reduce the heat, and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicharrón has softened.
