Ingredients

  1. 1cup, carrot cut into slices
  2. 2 tbsmustard oil
  3. 1/4 tsphing
  4. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  5. 2 tspmethi seeds
  6. 2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder,turmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix well..

  2. 2

    Heat the mustard oil in a pan and when it is hot add it to the carrot mixture and mix well..

  3. 3

    Serve instant carrot pickel with lachha paratha or puri....
