Ingredients

1 bowlchopped green methi
1 bowlbesan
1/2 bowlwheat flour
Salt
Oil
1/2 teaspoonturmaric powder
2 teaspoonsugar
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
2 teaspoonginger and mircha paste

Steps

Firstly soak green methi in water and dry it.

In add besan + wheat flour and add all other ingredients.

Mix it well & make a tight dough.

Make small small from it.

Fry it till it becomes brown.

Our crispy muthiya is ready to eat as a snack any time.
