Papaya lassi is an ideal fruit drink.it is rich , creamy and refreshing .It is extremely healthy and perfect for digestive system and packed with vitamins A, B and C.it is high in fiber which lowers cholesterol levels.The flavor of fennal seeds and cardamom powder enhance the taste.

In a blender jar add papaya pieces,curd, jagerry and as requiere water.

Blend until smooth, add cardamom and fennal seeds powder,again give it a spin.

Pour in serving glass, garnish with almonds and pista flakes.

Healthy papaya lassi is ready to serve.serve fresh.

Note- in summer you can add sugar/honey instead of jagerry.and you can also add ice cubes.
