Ingredients

  • 1 bowlripe papaya pieces
  • 1/2 cupcurd (fresh)
  • As per taste jagerry
  • 1/4 tsp fennal seeds powder
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • as neededSome almonds and pista flakes

Steps

5 mins.
  1. 1

    In a blender jar add papaya pieces,curd, jagerry and as requiere water.

    Blend until smooth, add cardamom and fennal seeds powder,again give it a spin.

    Pour in serving glass, garnish with almonds and pista flakes.

    Healthy papaya lassi is ready to serve.serve fresh.

    Note- in summer you can add sugar/honey instead of jagerry.and you can also add ice cubes.
