Fried yam and pepper goat meat + water melon smoothie

Steps

Peel your yam slice into tiny pieces, put groundnut oil in a frying pan and when hot put the yam to fry

Steam your goat meat with the pepper and onions salt and knorr to taste
- 3
Put little groundnut oil in another pot to fry the blended pepper and onions. Add salt and knorr to the pepper and allow fry for 10minutes

Once the goat meat is soft fry it and pour your fried pepper on it. Serve with the water melon
