Ingredients

  1. Smoked fish
  2. leavesScent
  3. Salt
  4. Okro
  5. Red pepper
  6. Crayfish
  7. Stockfish
  8. Knorr seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the okro and scent leaves separately.boil the stockfish top up more water.remove the bones from the smoked add it and palmoil to the stockfish.

  2. 2

    After ten minutes add crayfish,pepper,salt and knorr seasoning.let it boil together well then pour in the sliced okro simmer a bit and put in the sliced scent leaves and turn.taate for salt.
