In a big pan heat oil and temper with the items given under ‘To temper’ table.

Fry for a minute and then add onion, green chillies, ginger and fry until onion turns transparent.

Side by side, boil mixture of 3 cups water and 1cup milk

Dry Roast rava with out changing colour in a separate wok

Add the vegetables to your pan and fry well for 2 minutes on medium flame

When veggies are done add milk and water mixture

Now let veggies boil in this mixture for another two minutes

Add salt and pepper when veggies are boiling
- 9
Now Add rava and mix well.
Mix well, wait until the water gets absorbed by the sooji. - 10
Once it gets thick, cook covered in low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Now add ghee and give it a nice last mix.

Serve hot with coconut chutney
or simply tomato ketchup
