Ingredients

35 min
  • 1 1/2 cFlour
  • 1 cSugar
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2/3 cOil
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 cCarrots (finely shredded)
  • 1/2 cCrushed Pineapple with Syrup
  • 1 tspVanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  2. 2

    Stir in oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple with syrup, and vanilla until batter is moist.

  3. 3

    Pour into a greased and floured cake pan.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
