Ingredients

25-30 minutes
  • 4 slicesBread
  • 2-3Potatoes (medium size, boiled & mashed)
  • 4 tablespoonSemollina
  • 2 tablespoonAll purpose flour
  • 1Onion (medium size, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonGinger-garlic paste
  • 1Capsicum (small size, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoonCarrot (grated)
  • 2Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonPepper (crushed)
  • 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonTomato sauce
  • As neededOil (for frying)

Steps

25-30 minutes

    Cut sides of bread slices

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok, add green chillies and allow it splatter.

  3. 3

    Now add onion, capsicum and salt in it cook it till onion becomes brown.

  4. 4

    Now add carrot turmeric powder, red chilli powder and crushed pepper in it and cook it well

  5. 5

    Then add mashed potatoes and tomato sauce in it cook well then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.

  6. 6

    Now, dip bread in water and drain excess water from it.

  7. 7

    Stuff potato mix in bread and shape it as per your choice.

  8. 8

    Now roll bread bomb in semollina.

  9. 9

    Mix all purpose flour with 1/4th cup water and dip bread bomb in it and again roll it in semollina.

  10. 10

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying and deep fry bread bombs in it.

  11. 11

    Your bread bomb is ready now.

    Serve it with any sauce or chutney.
