Peel and mashed potatoes

Mix salt,garam masala and onions

Make small round cutlets

Cook from both sides by applying oil on hot pan

Dip each bread slice in curd and cover cutlets with it.

Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes

Heat 1 spoon and add mustard seeds

Let it crackle

Takeout bread idli on a plate and garnish with sauce,coriander leaves, oil and mustard seeds

Serve hot.
