We Woke up dis morning and bread was out of stock in all the shops in my estate plaza ,scarcity because of d break . therefore I decided to vex and make mine . The outcome was amazing. Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven

Grease pan
- 3
Pour warm water in yeast allow to rise add honey and melted butter
- 4
Add bread flour and allow to double in size for an hour
- 5
Add wheat flour, coconut flakes and cover and allow to rise for 2 hours
- 6
Punch down and knead for 2 mins
- 7
Place dough in greased pan and cover tightly
- 8
Leave for 40-50 mins to double in size again

Place in oven for 45 minutes
- 10
Brush with butter and serve
