Ingredients

  1. Sweet potatoes
  2. Oil to fry
  3. Salt
  4. Onion
  5. Yellow pepper
  6. 1habenaro pepper
  7. cubesKnor

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potato.

  2. 2

    Cut as desired and pour pinch of salt inside the potato.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and pour the potato. Allow to fry on medium heat.

  4. 4

    For the sauce. Fry the sliced onion with little oil, yellow pepper, maggi and habenaro pepper. Stir well and allow it to fry for 2mins.
