Ingredients

  • 1 cupcubed paneer
  • 1/4 cupboiled peas
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/4 cupcashew-raisins paste
  • 2 tbsphung curd
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera bay leaf and ginger

  2. 2

    Saute adding salt and red chilli Powder

  3. 3

    Add cashew-raisins paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add curd and mix well

  5. 5

    Now add paneer and peas mix well along with sugar and serve.
