Steps

Wash goat meat,season with 1 knorr,salt and onions,boil after 15minutes add stock fish and boil till tender.

Add pomo and dry fish with palm oil and dry pepper stir and continue cooking, add half of the other knorr cube,when the oil is well cooked, add cooked snail,finally add Okro stir very well and taste,adjust taste if necessary and cook for 5 minutes.
