Steps

Peel the boiled eggs and cut into halves.

Takeout the yolks from all the eggs carefully and transfer them to a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork until completely smooth.

Add mayonnaise and mix well to get a creamy consistency.

Now add the remaining seasonings as per your taste and mix well.

Now fill this in a piping bag with a start nozzle.

Place the empty eggs in a serving dish.

Pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- 9
Garnish with some chilli flakes and serve.
- 10
Note: The traditional recipe asks for mustard paste to be added in the egg yolks. You can add that too. I skipped it.
