Ingredients

  • 250 grajmaa/ kidney beans
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 2onions
  • 2tomato
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rajma for 2-3 hours and then boil rajma.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil in it and add garlic and ginger paste.Saute it

  3. 3

    Now add tomato and onion puree. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add all spices and boil rajma with water in pan.

  5. 5

    Cook 5-7 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve rajma with rice or chapati
