  • Flour,egg for egg wash
  • Seasonings and spices
  • Cinnamon, curry,tyme, little salt, onions, garlic, fresh ginger,
  • Oil for frying

    Cut your chicken and wash very well put in a pot add your spices and seasonings and cut your onions, garlic and fresh ginger and cook until it absorb the water.

  2. 2

    Break your egg an egg wash the chicken.

  3. 3

    Roll it in side flour and deep fry.enjoy
