Steps

Matinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Now fry the fish well and keep aside

Add cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add masala paste and saute well till oil separates

Add red chilli Powder,salt, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder and saute well

Add tomato puree and cook till it is soft

Add water and simmer along with the fish

Add sugar and garam masala powder

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with plain rice
