Steps

Combine soaked rice and 1 cup coconut, blend them together to make a smooth paste. Sieve the mixture & set aside.

In a pot add about 6-7 cups of water, mix with the powdered milk and set on medium heat.

Add the remaining 1/2 cup of grated coconut and pasta balls, bring to a boil.

Then add the coconut mixture & stir. Continue stirring until it becomes thick.

Add sugar and serve.
